Subject: Boston Butt FAQs

Howdy,

You should have received either the Boston Butt Fundraising packet from your Team Rep or my email promoting this final fundraiser, or better yet both.  Well, here are some frequently asked questions to help you sell some butts:

Q) How much are the Butts?
A) $30 each

Q) How big are they?
A) 7-10 lbs (serves 15-20 people)

Q) When do we have to have the money turned in?
A) All monies and/or unsold tickets must be turned in by Tuesday, May 10th.

Q) When will the be ready for pick-up?
A) Saturday, May 14, between 11AM - 1PM at Winthrop Park

Q) Can folks write a check?
A) Yes.  Make the checks payable to Winthrop Park Baseball.

Q) What's the yellow registration form for?
A) It helps keep track of the Boston Butts being sold, so if a Butt goes unclaimed, we know who to contact.

Q) Are they delicious?
A) And how!  Each Butt is seasoned and slow-cooked with Hickory to make them juicy and delicious.  They will be cooked on location, so be prepared for some wonderful aroma on Saturday, May 14.
